A VPN connection works as a messenger between you and your destination. With Secure Connect, the first step in the process is done with the SSL protocol. It creates an encrypted tunnel between your device and the VPN servers, making sure no one can intercept the traffic of your device. To encrypt your data, we use AES encryption, which is the same grade of encryption that the military uses. Once your encrypted data reaches our servers, we decrypt it using a key only known by our servers and your device. It is then sent to your desired destination in normal form. When getting data from the servers, the process is reversed.
